PET TRUSTS

Let's face it, our pets are part of the family.  We can to care and provide for them even after we are gone.  Under Illinois law, you can leave money to a pet in what is known as a pet trust.  You just need to decide how much money you want to leave to each pet or collectively for all of your pets and our experienced attorneys will do the rest.

We will ensure that the proper language to create a pet trust is included in your revocable living trust.  In addition, we make sure that a caregiver is named for the animals in the trust document.  The result is that you can rest assured that your pets will be cared for in a way that they are accustomed to even when you are unable to do so yourself.
