Pour-Over Will

A will is like fire extinguisher.  Everyone needs to have one but the hope is that it will never be used.

A pour-over will simply serves as a back-up to the revocable living trust.  If any assets inadvertently end up in the "estate", the pour-over will simply scoops them up and pours them over to the trust.  The will also names guardian(s) for any minor children (if applicable).
