Buying a Home?
When buying a home, you need an experienced attorney that is patient and available when you need. We charge our clients a flat low fee of $595 for real estate purchases, which includes the following services:

submitting requests for repairs from your home inspection

Ensuring compliance with all financing/home sale contingencies in your contract

Review of closing documents, including title commitment, surveys and inspection reports

Attending your real estate closing with you to review and explain all your documents with you

SELLING A HOME?
Selling a home is stressful so you need an attorney that makes the process as easy, painless, and affordable as possible. We charge our clients a low flat fee of $195 for real estate sales, which includes the following services:

Responding to repair requests from the buyer

Ordering any necessary documents required by the contract or for the closing, including: deed, bill of sale, title insurance, homeowner's/condo association letter; municipal transfer tax documents, pest inspection, septic test

Assistance in resolving any items which may affect title to your home before sale

Representing you at your closing via power of attorney
